What an incredible Open Day!💙💛

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by, whether you joined a group fitness class, took a dip in the pool, explored our facilities, or simply came along to soak up the atmosphere. It was fantastic to see our members, students, staff, and future UON students come together and experience everything NUsport has to offer.

Semester 2 is here, and we're loving seeing so many of you back in and around the facility!🙌💙

With increased traffic throughout the gym, courts, and shared spaces, we'd like to remind everyone to be mindful of their surroundings and considerate of fellow members. A little gym etiquette goes a long way in creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all.💪✨

Whether you're lifting, training, attending a class, or meeting friends, let's continue to look out for ourselves and each other and keep our facility a great place to be.

Our first STRONG Squad program has officially reached the 4-week mark, and what a journey it has been so far!❤️

Seeing these women grow in confidence, build fitness, support one another, and take on new challenges in the gym has been incredible. STRONG Squad was created to make the gym feel less intimidating and more empowering, and we're so proud of everyone who has jumped in and given it their all.✨
