💙🥶 WHAT A RESULT! 🥶💙

What an incredible result for our 2026 MND Round and Big Freeze 12 fundraiser.

Thanks to the support of our clubs, members, players, coaches, umpires, volunteers, families, sponsors and wider community, we raised an amazing $5,153.55 for Motor Neurone Disease research and support services.

Just 12 months ago, our first MND Round saw 9 nominees take the plunge and raise approximately $1,500.

This year, we doubled our Ice Bath Challenge participants to 18 nominees and more than tripled the funds raised.

What started as a simple fundraising idea has quickly become a special day on the Busselton Netball calendar, bringing our community together to support an important cause.

Every donation, raffle ticket purchased, lolly jar guess, sponsorship contribution, volunteer hour and icy plunge helped make this result possible.

Thank you for helping make our second MND Round bigger, better and more impactful than ever before.

A huge thank you to APH Contractors for providing the IBC container used to store our ice donations throughout the day.

Not only did they supply it, they also delivered and collected it for us — and in a last-minute twist, it even became Tanya’s ice bath 🥶😆

Their support ensured our ice baths stayed icy cold throughout the day while allowing every dollar raised to go directly towards the fight against MND.
