MELS AQUA HAS SOLD

Here’s hoping you’re all enjoying the Xmas break, spending time with your families, and finding some time to relax.

After 7.5 wonderful years, we made the decision to sell Mel’s Aqua & now we have SOLD. It has been an absolute pleasure getting to know you and an honour to have you entrust your beautiful children to me for their swimming lessons. My family and I are truly grateful for the experiences and friendships we’ve formed over the years. As for me, I’m looking forward to the next chapter – starting with being a beach bum this summer!

What’s Changing?
Mel’s Aqua has been sold to Swim Mechanix.
Swim Mechanix is a family-owned, award-winning Western Australian swim school with two existing locations in the Perth metropolitan area. Their dedication to quality and a similar approach to running swim schools make them a natural choice to continue the legacy we’ve built here in Busselton.

Will the Staff Stay the Same?
The existing staff at Mel’s Aqua will be staying on with some new additions. This means you’ll continue to see the familiar, friendly faces you know and trust.

What Happens Next?
To ensure a smooth transition:
• Welcome Email: Swim Mechanix will send a welcome email after the 6th of January. This email will include details about accessing their Customer Portal, where you’ll be able to manage your class schedule and account details.
• Term One Schedules: Your existing day and lesson time will remain the same as previously communicated.
• Pricing: There will be no changes to pricing for Term One.
• KidSport Vouchers: Please apply under the name Swim Mechanix Busselton.
• Invoices: Invoices for Term One will be sent by Swim Mechanix after the 15th of January.
Until invoices are issued, I will remain your contact point for any questions or assistance with your schedule. Following this, any scheduling changes or queries should be directed to Swim Mechanix.

Good morning everyone.

Some staffing changes this week, due to sickness, schoolies and a funeral.

Today I'll be teaching Jess's morning and Eva's afternoon.

Tuesday Jess will be teaching the morning and Eva's afternoon.

Thursday Jodie will teach my morning and Eva's afternoon.

Week 4 next week
All stages 8, 10, 11, 12 & 13 will do a clothes swim. I will send email Friday afternoon with the requirements for your child.

Justa friendly reminder if your child is heading into Pre primary in 2025. Let me know via email as they will progress to afternoon lessons in Term 1.

Enrolments will open for current students 18th November for 2025 Term 1. 10th Feb till 11th April 2025.

Public enrolments will open 1st Dec.
