The annual Bundaberg Sportfishing Club Big Bream Shootout took place over the weekend, with team members Jordan Stoddart and Zander Magin taking out the Senior and Junior divisions respectively, both with cracking 42cm bream! 🏆

While overall fish numbers were down, the quality was definitely there, with multiple fish over the magic 40cm mark landed.

The winning formula? Finesse fishing. Slow rolling small hardbody lures along the rock walls and fishing lightly weighted curl tail soft plastics along rubble patches proved deadly on the better fish.
