PIVOT & POINT | QLDC 2026 🧡
Long post incoming! QLDC was an incredibly successful weekend for the team. We may not have medalled in every section, but we are incredibly proud and overwhelmed by the achievements of the entire Pivot & Point team who competed over the weekend.

Congratulations to Caron who dazzled on the floor in the 30 Yrs & Over Basic Solo, 50 Yrs & Over Basic Solo, Open Waltz Standard Solo, and Mixed Age Standard Duo with Claire. Caron, your confidence has grown so much this year, you are an absolute joy to watch and coach!
Congratulations to J-Elle, Jacquline, Kara, Kerri, both Kim’s, Majella, Maria, Maxxe and Sarah who all competed for the first time ever. It’s not easy stepping out on the floor for the first time, but you were all incredibly confident and your hard work showed on the floor. Pascal and Claire are so proud of you all!
A very big congratulations to Cael and Kylie from Uber Line Dancing who both received the Senior Encouragement Award. It was amazing to see your hard work acknowledged at QLDC!
And a special mention to our friends from Runaway Boots, Natalie & Myrisha, who placed 🥉 in the Open Standard Duo, and Myrisha, who placed 🥇 in the 29 Yrs & Under Novice Basic Solo (I Meant It).
Congratulations to every competitor who took to the floor over the weekend. It was amazing to watch you all shine and celebrate everything you have worked so hard for.
