Our six week term courses work on fitness but will also teach you the technique of ‘how’ to pole – including a breakdown of the pole tricks. Start at Level 1 and work your way up! Each level has a different style of dance, from contemporary, rock, hip hop, to booty pop! Find your unique style and enjoy exploring each level. Our casual classes are for all levels and focus on general fitness. They keep you moving for the whole class time to maximize workout and therefore we don’t use these classes to teach the breakdown of how to do pole tricks. They work great in combination, so starting at Level 1 course! We also offer Lyra (aerial hoop), tissue and rope courses, private lessons, contortion, human acrobatics, chair dance, and so much more!
