Never go into an even fight.

Aircraft-grade aluminium fused to carbon fibre material with old-school proven technology, built with the precision of a fine timepiece, its DNA incorporates decades proven discrete electronic componentry interwoven with digital design; the case alone has 88 precision-located penetrations for attachments and accesories all drilled, tapped and attached with fine instrument-grade stainless steel screws; there are no shortcuts.

Designed after a decade of research, refined and proven in competition by precision long-range competitors.

No built-in obsolescence, no upgrades necessary, no software that will stop working, ready for the next generation.

Gives you the ability to sort projectiles into batches of similar BC shape and quality, fast and effectively, which no other system can or come close to, ensuring your low ES in muzzle velocity is maintained downrange, increasing precision and giving you the ability to hone your accuracy.

The top 5% work much less than most. They know what to focus on.

It all starts with precision and concentricity: action, Barrel, bore, and chamber, and that's where most others stop.

Success in Precision Rifle shooting exacts its dues in the form of vigilance and adherence to meticulous preparation, measurement to 0.01 grains of powder, tolerances to 0.0005”.

Fine when you limit your outlook to a two-dimensional world: 60% of any variation within a batch of precision projectiles can be easily identified and sorted into their respective batches.

Understanding the three-dimensional world of concentricity, where physics hits the ground running, is the other 40% and another step change.

Variation in shape and jacket thickness affects each projectile's drag component and throw. Any minor changes in shape from projectile to projectile, added to any additional induced drag from production variation, whether it be due to material change or machinery, will directly impact downrange extreme spread in velocity down range and the resultant increased dispersion.

The top 5% are not there by talent or luck; it's a higher-precision rig and ammunition, correct process and proper training.

Every 1% counts.

Where did that shot come from?! Same hold, same wind, perfect release we hear it all the time!!

Conformity in BC is critical; the more closely each projectile fired matches its peer in ballistic shape, the more it ensures conformity in drag and the same flight profile to the target.

On average, every 20th round will print way outside your group, in no man's land. Roll the dice, and you may have a run of groups well within your rifle's capability or smaller, and print those precise and accurate groups, but the numbers will always revert to their mean average, and you will have those unexplained shots.

Achieving and maintaining a 10-fps variation in muzzle velocity on your load is achievable. Loading straight out of a box of premium projectiles with basic sorting techniques will improve precision, but won't keep you in the V/6 ring.

With a 10-fps variation in muzzle velocity and zero (0) variation in BC, your vertical spread without any other influence will be 1.98” with a 308 doing 3000 fps (2995-3005), well within the 10” 1 MOA Centre. At 1000 yards

Introduce 3-6% BC variation from batch to batch in ES from a box of premium projectiles; with normal batching, you might shave off 1-2% (ES) at best. e.g., pointing increases BC, but does not address BC conformity; measuring for length brings stability into conformity and does not address BC; weighing projectiles only addresses a minor percentage at best when it comes to BC conformity

With a remaining 5% ES on your projectiles added to your velocity ES, when you get the extreme spreads in both the velocity and the ballistic coefficient align and don’t cancel each other out, you will have a vertical spread of 11” inches and circa 68fps velocity spread at 1000 yards, which is well outside the V/X ring. This is before you add any shooter or atmospheric inputs.

The test shown below has been conducted on multiple occasions, with similar results. The added dispersion is most likely due to equipment, shooter, and environmental inputs.

Target A was shot early morning, still conditions, projectiles rejected from a batch of 1000 premium-grade projectiles; on average, 1 in 10 do not make the cut to go into sub-batches.

Target B was shot using projectiles batched within one (1) deviation of each other, with no runout. With a crosswind component.

The Model-24

When low BC variation makes all the difference.

Effectively reducing group size, improving a rifle's capability, vastly increasing the confidence that each round will impact where aimed, given the inputs dialled in and adjusted accordingly.

The Model-24 is not another piece of reloading equipment; it’s a test instrument on another level in precision.

Ready to ship out to another customer, this one is staying in Australia.

No matter how good your hold and wind call, your shot will print outside your rifle's grouping capacity when the extremes of BC and Velocity coincide away from the mean point of either.

A fast, effective way to increase precision and greatly reduce fliers is to spin.

Customers around the world are notching up wins at long range; fantastic to see.

Why does the extreme spread in velocity at the target matter.

If you want to step up to the next level, you cannot keep doing what you have always done and expect change.

Your extreme spread in ballistic coefficient (BC) out of the box on premium high-end projectiles will be running around 3-5%, varying on brand, which is anywhere up to 10 inches on target at 1000 yards if muzzle velocity (MV) had zero (0) extreme spread in a perfect world, generic calibre and weight travelling at 3000 fps.

Now add an extreme spread of even 10 fps in MV (a very good figure to have, and most strive for). Will give a variation of, say, an additional 3 inches vertical at 1000 yards; this is where the lucky dip starts, depending on the mix of MV and BC spread in your rounds, either cancelling or adding to vertical dispersion. Now a shot can print somewhere between zero (0) and thirteen and a half (13) inches away from its batch mate, depending on the roll of the dice; that’s plus or minus 6.5 inches added to the overall dispersion of the rifle and ammunition.

In the real world, these numbers translate to an average of 1 in 20 shots printing well outside your grouping capability.

Not only is the extreme spread in muzzle velocity critical at the rifle, as critical is the extreme spread at the target, and that is determined by conformity in the ballistic shape of each projectile, which is driven by BC spread and in turn drives the 10 inches vertical dispersion as an example.

Pointing projectiles will increase BC (in theory if you achieve the correct nose profile), measuring them for length will improve variation in stability, and measuring for weight will shave off 1% in variation at best in BC, but there is a sure way to improve conformity in BC, and it will reduce muzzle velocity spread, and that is the Model-24.

And we have not even mentioned rejected projectiles within a batch that escaped factory quality control.

Follow the numbers. The numbers show the way.
