We’re bringing you your very own FIITFOCUS RECOVERY ROOM! 🧊🔥
Think of it as your space to slow down, switch off and give your body the recovery it deserves.
Featuring: 🔥 Sauna 🧊 Ice bath 💨 Compression boots 🪑 Recovery chairs 🧘 Stretching space 🥤 Slushie machine (because why not?!)
We want FIITFOCUS to be more than just a place to train. We want it to be a place where you feel supported, looked after and part of something special.
Whether you’ve just finished a big session, need some time to unwind or simply want to prioritise yourself, this space will be somewhere you can escape the hustle, relax and recharge in a quiet environment.
We’re always looking for ways to make our gym the BEST it can be for our community, and this is something we’ve been so excited to bring to life.
