Not only did it mark 365 days since opening the doors to Active Haus, but one year later, on the very same day, we were awarded Highly Commended at the 2026 Pumicestone Business Excellence Awards.

5:30am Reformer ❤️‍🔥
6:30am Haus Circuit 💪🏼
7:30am Reformer Stretch & Release 🧘🏼‍♀️

Circuit has been shifted a little earlier and a brand new class has been added for that midweek reset. Stretch & Release is designed to help improve flexibility, ease muscle tension and support mobility using the reformer for deep, targeted stretching.

Whether you want to start your day strong or slow things down and reset, your Wednesday mornings are covered 🤍
