We have added two new classes to the schedule, every Tuesday afternoon for the month of June.

4:30pm - Reformer Jump with Jacinta.
5:30pm - Reformer Stretch with Jacinta.

Reformer Jump is a fun, dynamic class that gets your heart rate up while keeping it low impact.

Reformer Stretch is the perfect way to wind down, release tension, and finish your day feeling long and loose.
