Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible mums and mother figures in our community and team 💛

Today, we gifted a special hamper to one lucky mum who attended classes today, chosen at random — because choosing Pilates on Mother’s Day absolutely deserves celebrating 🙌🏻

We also want to acknowledge that today can feel very different for everyone. For some, Mother’s Day is joyful. For others, it can be emotional, complicated, or deeply difficult.

We see and hold space for all experiences today, in all the different forms motherhood and nurturing can take.

Today I want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible women who make our studio what it is — our amazing team.

The encouragement, kindness and support you show one another is what creates the beautiful community our clients can truly feel the moment they walk through the door.
