Meet Paige AKA “The Big Girl” 💪🔥

Paige is the definition of hard work and determination. No matter the challenge, she shows up ready to give it everything she’s got and the results are speaking for themselves 👏

Recent 1RM testing results:
🏋️ Bench Press — 60kg
🏋️ Squat — 105kg
🏋️ Deadlift — 95kg

Not only are the numbers climbing, but with a few technique adjustments, mindset coaching, and consistency in her programming, Paige is building a seriously strong foundation for the next round of testing 🚀
