Join us for our PEAK 500 - Open Gym 👏🏻

The PEAK 500 is a 30-minute performance event across 5 stations, with the goal of getting as close to 500 points as possible!

And the best part? EVERYONE IS WELCOME! 🙌🏼

You DO NOT need to be an F45 member to take part. Bring your friends, family, training partners or anyone who wants to come along and have a crack!

Once we’ve finished the challenge, we’ll kick back with pizzas, cold beverages and a catch-up 🍕
