Leg Lock Focus Session

Take a look in to this weekly, dedicated class where we dive in to upgrading and refining our Leg Entaglement Game.

This is such a crucial area of the modern game that simply can not be overlooked. Imagine going to a Kickboxing Class and never learning how to kick?

We remove the Leg Lock Stigma by increasing the knowledge base from day one. This provides a platform for safe group learning where no student is left behind and no technique is left un-explored.

The inclusion of the Leg Entaglement game will filter out in to your existing strategies by impacting how you approach Passing the Guard, whilst also updating your Guard Play Selections, as your awareness of defensive requirements and attacking potential expands through the incorporation of relevant new information.

It isn't a matter of whether you "do leglocks" or not; it's a matter of improving the base standard of foundation learning across the board.

We thank SHOOTER FOR HIRE TOOTH AND NAIL CO. for their work in providing a clear snapshot in to some Development Excercises that take place in this highly beneficial session.

Hump Day = Pump Day!!!!

Wednesday at The Lab offers a highly beneficial Beginners Class designed for Zero Day to 6 months learners and chronicles the core basic objectives of Grappling, providing a solid foundation of learning that filters out in to all other class types.

A GREAT opportunity to take your first steps on to the mat or bring a friend to show them what Grappling is all about!!!!

We also have a dedicated session that centres on Guard Work of all levels, where we refine and improve our knowledge of Modern No Gi Guard Meta, and always take the time to look at decision making and context; why do we play these guards and what is truly effective?

There is ALOT to be Pumped about!!!
