🚨 NEW TRAINER ALERT, MEET BELLA! 🚨
“ I started training at Kin in January 2025 after making the decision to get back on track with my exercise and fitness. I had two young boys - my eldest was 2 and my youngest had just turned 1, 15 months apart - and had spent ages trawling local community pages for child-friendly gym recommendations. Kin was everything I’d hoped it would be - an incredibly supportive, safe, empowering and judgment-free space that allowed me to build up my strength and fitness alongside experienced trainers and other members who understood the juggles of mum life and returning to exercise.
Fast-forward to October 2025 and I decided to participate in the Kin 5 Week Challenge. Little did I know, this was a decision that would completely change my life. Under the expert guidance of and Kin I took my training to the next level and I learned about macros, tracking food, and how to properly fuel my body for exercise. The 5 Week Challenge prompted a huge lifestyle shift for me, and the skills and habits I gained remained in place long after the challenge finished.
Today, I am over 20kgs lighter, but more importantly, I am fitter, stronger and more confident in what my body can achieve than I’ve ever been before.
So, when the opportunity arose to join Kin as a trainer and give back to the community that helped me to become the person I am today, it was a no-brainer. I am passionate about guiding and empowering others on their fitness journey, giving parents the opportunity to exercise alongside their children, and creating a safe space for people to show up for themselves no matter what fitness level or stage of life.
