“I started my physical training program at the age of 48. Prior to this I made up excuses of being too busy with work, family and socialising.

To help me get started I engaged Nic Cook from Good Nic Fitness who taught me routine, technique and structure when training. I’ve been on my own for the past four months and still going great.

I wouldn’t have been able to do this if it wasn’t for Nic pushing me at every obstacle, Christmas, winter, wet mornings etc.

Today I turn 51 and training is locked into my daily routine.”
