Do you sometimes talk yourself out of things? Things that you want to do, that you´d like to try or achieve? But then doubts and negative thoughts creep in and stop you in your tracks? 🙄

I hear you. And I believe we all hear these inner voices once in a while (or regularly)... but before you go down the downward slope, there is one thing you can do to find your way back and regain your courage and motivation.
