3-2 WIN VS WORCESTER CITY

Our boys went a goal down and showed character to fight back!

Trailing 1-0 at halftime, the coaches gave the team a hard talk in the change room… and it worked 💪

2nd Half Heroes:
⚽ Samier with the equalizer right after the break to settle nerves
⚽ Shaan with a beautiful header from a corner to put us ahead
⚽ Faffa with an absolute cracker to make it 3-1 and take control 🔥

City pulled one back late to set up a thrilling finish, but Sporting held firm and took an important 3-2 win against a quality side.

Well played gentlemen. That’s heart, fight, and the Sporting Stars spirit right there 👏

This weekend, both our Super League and Promotional League teams will be in action as they continue their respective campaigns.

Our Super League team faces a challenging double header. On Saturday, they will host Eleven Attackers at home, followed by an away fixture on Sunday against Young Lions in Rawsonville.

Meanwhile, our Promotional League team travels to Zwelethemba on Saturday for their second-round encounter against Worcester United.

We wish all our players, coaches, and management the very best for the weekend fixtures. Your hard work, dedication, and commitment continue to make the club proud.
