Our indoor, heated facility in Table View offers structured, play-based lessons for children from 2 years in small groups, led by expert instructors who are qualified by Swimming South Africa Learn to Swim and certified in First Aid & CPR.

Our Programmes Include:
• Pre-School Swimming (4–6 yrs | 3–5 per group)
• Water safety, breath control, floating, and freestyle & backstroke kicking
• Focus on immunity, coordination, endurance, concentration and emotional regulation

Behind every confident little swimmer is a qualified, caring coach. Our instructors are certified by Swimming South Africa Learn to Swim and qualified in First Aid & CPR.

In small groups of 3-5, our Pre-School Program (4-6 yrs) builds water confidence, safety skills, breath control, floating and kicking through structured play.

We teach from age 2 years — because being safe and comfortable in water is a life skill.
