COMRADES MARATHON SEND-OFF.

Yesterday, members of Stutterheim Athletics Club, Amahlathi Local Municipality , and Victory Bible Church gathered at the Mzwandile Fanti Council Chambers to pray for and wish our Comrades Marathon runners and supporters a safe journey to Durban and a successful race on Sunday, 14 June 2026. What a blessed and spiritual evening, filled with words of encouragement, unity, and faith.

We sincerely thank everyone who attended and contributed to making the occasion a success.

May our runners go with strength, determination, and God's protection, and return victorious.

Over the years, Stutterheim Athletics Club has not only grown in numbers, but also in spirit. One of the most inspiring things we've witnessed is how the Comrades Marathon dream has become contagious, encouraging more athletes to take on the Ultimate Human Race. This year we proudly have 16 members representing us, including four brave novices joining the journey.

🏅 Medal Monday 🏅

What a journey it has been...
From months of training while anxiously checking phones and hoping the past wouldn't repeat itself,to celebrating an actual Medal Monday with not just 1 medal, but 2! 👏🏽

Well done to everyone who took part in the Sanlam Cape Marathon this weekend. Your months of hard work truly paid off.
