And then the rain stopped. . . After nearly two long weeks, the skies were clear again.

It was during this time that I told the ladies not to let the weather get to them. That this is where they needed to dig in and show up for themselves. She did just that, despite being alone, she showed up and put in the work.

The last few weeks saw the entire South Africa going through some extreme weather conditions. Strong winds, floods, rain and snow, as a nation we experienced it all. In Queenstown we received strong icy cold winds coupled with moment of scattered showers as well as nkn stop rains.

Thanks to this weather many of the Bootcamp members decided to stay home and not take a chance at catching a cold. As a result they were sent daily home workouts to do.

🌕 When the night looks like daytime 🌕

Full Moon Hikes during the Autumn and Winter month's in Queenstown are absolutely blissful as the weather conditions are perfect, no rain and clear skies all around. Added onto that,, there's just something about the atmosphere during these hikes that I believe everyone should experience and feel at least once in their life.
