🏁 Day 4 – Race Day & Tour Complete! 🚴‍♂️🎉

What an incredible way to finish the Northcliff Cycles Amashova Tour 2026! After three days of touring from Johannesburg to Pietermaritzburg, our riders lined up for the legendary Amashova Race and crossed the finish line with smiles, tired legs, and an unforgettable sense of achievement. 💪🏅

⏱️ 3 hours 40 minutes riding time

Three incredible days on the road, countless memories made, and today the Northcliff Cycles Amashova Tour officially rolled into Pietermaritzburg! 🚴🇿🇦

After another challenging day in the saddle, the team arrived safely in Pietermaritzburg, where the excitement is building for the main event. Another incredible day on the road for the Northcliff Cycles Amashova Tour! The team continues to push towards Pietermaritzburg, taking on some challenging climbs while soaking in the breathtaking mountain scenery. 🌄🚴

⏱️ 8 hours of riding time

Today's route delivered some tough climbing, but every pedal stroke was rewarded with spectacular mountain views that made the effort worthwhile. 🌿🏔️

Well-earned rest stops, great food, hot coffee ☕, and the unwavering support from our incredible crew kept the riders fueled, motivated, and ready for every kilometer ahead. 🚐🔧🍽️

Two days down, one more touring day to go before the team lines up for the legendary Amashova Race! The excitement is building, the legs are feeling the miles, but the smiles say it all! 😄🔥

🚴‍♂️ Day 1 Complete! 💪

The annual Northcliff Cycles Amashova Tour is officially underway! Yesterday, our riders rolled out bright and early with a 06:00 start, beginning an epic 4-day cycling adventure from Johannesburg to Pietermaritzburg, before taking on the legendary Amashova Race on Day 4. 🚴🔥

📍 Day 1 Stats:
🚴 244 km covered
⛰️ 1,878 m elevation gained
⏱️ 8 hours 30 minutes in the saddle

Of course, no tour is complete without great coffee stops ☕, delicious meals prepared by our amazing mobile kitchen 🍽️, and the incredible technical and mechanical support team 🚐🔧 keeping everyone rolling.

And while supporting the riders, there was just enough time to keep an eye on the Tour de France too! 🇫🇷📺🚴

A fantastic first day filled with strong legs, great camaraderie, plenty of laughs, and an incredible team spirit. Here's to the next stage! 💙💛
