A customer recently brought us his VW MK2 16V with a leaking and badly cracked factory surge tank. His goal was to keep everything looking as close to original as possible while solving the problem properly.

To achieve this, we designed and fabricated a custom 304 stainless steel surge tank, complete with all new fittings, making it a direct replacement for the original unit. The result is a clean, factory-style fit with the strength and durability of stainless steel.

💥💥💥 We recently had the pleasure of working on this stunning Ford V6 Cortina. The owner wanted the exhaust system refreshed to match the exceptional condition of the rest of the vehicle. 💥💥💥

Our team fabricated a complete custom 304 stainless steel exhaust system from front to back, ensuring durability, performance, and a premium finish. The customer wanted to retain the dual-exit rear setup, so we added our own custom touch to give it a unique look while keeping it clean, stylish, and true to the car's character.

Another beast done right 🔥

This next-gen Ford Ranger V6 came all the way from the Northern Cape for a full exhaust upgrade — and we delivered.

We fabricated a complete 76mm 304 stainless steel exhaust system from front to back, including a custom downpipe and catalytic converter delete for maximum flow and performance. 💨

To top it off, ATM Chiptuning Garden Route handled the tuning, ensuring everything runs safely while making solid power. 👌

More progress on the BMW build 🔥

We’ve officially started on the custom plenum intake setup. For the runners, we designed and 3D printed a custom jig to press the runner halves into the exact shape needed for a smooth oval-to-round transition — ensuring optimal airflow and precision fitment.

Once all the plates were formed, everything was TIG welded together and attached to the plenum backing plate. We then cut and machined the factory intake to the desired height before welding the entire assembly together.

After that, work began on the plenum itself. We shaped and fully welded it up with strength in mind — making it extra beefy so it’s ready to handle boost when the time comes 💪

To maximize airflow even further, we upgraded the throttle body to a Bosch 82mm DBW unit to complement the new plenum design perfectly.

The sump is currently on the way, and once it arrives we can get the motor fitted and move on to the final stages of fabrication.

We started on the load bin on the caddy. Got the main carbon panel in and finished off the holes for the coilovers with nice 3D printed trim rings. Just gives it a more "finished" look and some more detail. We just need to fit the four small panels on the corners and the bed is done. Then we doing something different for the tailgate. Will post photos when we start on that.

💥🏁 The secret’s out… it’s Barra time in the BMW 🏁💥

We’ve officially kicked off the Barra swap. Keeping it naturally aspirated for now, but boost is definitely on the cards for next year 👀

Today’s progress: – Engine mounts underway ✅
– Main mountings mocked up
– Stripped all unnecessary components

Next steps: We’re waiting on the rear bowl sump from our friends in Australia before dropping the motor in and finalizing the mounts. While that’s in transit, we’ll be cutting the firewall and boxing the crossmember to get everything dialed in.

Also in the works: a custom plenum paired with an 82mm Bosch DBW throttle body 🔥

We’ll be sharing progress pics as we go — this one’s going to be wild.
