5 SIMPLE STEPS TO HELP YOU GET STARTED

Rebounding strengthens the bones in your spine and improves your overall alignment.

The unstable surface recruits more muscle fibres as your body works to stay balanced.

Regular rebounding helps keep your bones strong, so you can stay active and self-sufficient for longer.
By strengthening your bones with rebounding, you’re setting a solid foundation for your WHOLE body.

1️⃣HEALTH BOUNCE

With your feet hip-with apart in the centre of the mat, knees slightly bent and your core engaged to protect your lower back. Press your heels deep into the mat.

2️⃣HEALTH WALK

Following the health bounce now gently release your feet off the mat into a gentle walking motion.

3️⃣SCISSOR WALK

Continue with the health walk, just adding a double bounce, mimicking a sc******ng action. Maintain control and consistency, focus on quality of movement over hight. Keeping the movement smooth.

4️⃣IN/OUT BOUNCE

Moving your feet and arms from a narrow stance to a wide while continuously bouncing.

5️⃣JUMPING JACK

Jump feet out and in while simultaneously bringing arms overhead or out to the sides into a “T” position.
