A huge congratulations to our Member of the Month, FiFi!

FiFi embodies everything we love about the CRO community — focus, consistency, determination and an incredible work ethic. She arrives at every session ready to put in the work, tackle the challenge ahead and give her absolute best.

Over the past few months, we have seen awesome growth in both her strength and fitness. The progress she has made hasn’t happened by chance; it’s the result of showing up consistently, trusting the process and staying committed to her goals.

Get your team of 4 together and take on the ultimate endurance challenge at CRO as we battle for MAX KM’s across the ergs 💥

📍 WHAT TO EXPECT:
⛷️ 2 Hours on the Ski Erg
🚣 2 Hours on the Row Erg
🚴 2 Hours on the Bike Erg

The goal? Push as far as possible as a team over 6 brutal hours 😤

Our Member of the Month is the definition of consistency. She shows up, puts in the work and quietly keeps levelling up - proof that progress isn’t magic, it’s commitment.

As a long-standing and valued member of our community, she’s not just part of the gym… she’s part of the fabric of it. From humble beginnings (1 class per week) Tash now trains 5 times per week (it must be love;)

Bonus points for training alongside her husband and daughter — because nothing says family bonding quite like burpees.

We’re proud of your strides, your consistency and the example you set every single week. 💪
