This month’s Member of the Month is someone who has been part of our community for years!! Our amazing Phindi. 💫

For years, Phindi has shown us what consistency really looks like. She shows up day after day (twice a day four times a week!). Training isn’t something she tries to fit in - it’s something she has chosen to make a priority!

But what makes Phindi so special isn’t just how hard she trains. It’s who she is.

She brings kindness, warmth, encouragement and a smile that makes everyone around her feel welcome. Her CROFam is her second family!

Phindi, thank you for showing up, for working hard, for cheering others on and for simply being you. You remind us every day that the little things done consistently make the biggest difference.

To our incredible CROFam…THANK YOU

Thank you for showing up, giving your all, cheering each other on, volunteering, donating and reminding us what an extraordinary community we’re privileged to be part of. Without every single one of you, our CRO 6HR Enduro Charity Event simply would not have been possible.

Together, we didn’t just complete six hours of work - we came together with a purpose far bigger than ourselves.

We are beyond proud that together we raised an incredible R54,200 for Rainbows and Smiles 💛🌈

This is what community looks like. This is what happens when people unite behind a meaningful cause.

We couldn’t be prouder of what we achieved together!

Instead of competing only for bragging rights, CrossFit Rising Oak athletes spent six gruelling hours pushing their limits to celebrate a community effort that has already raised funds for families affected by childhood cancer.
