The Wrong Way ❌

• Head falling away off to the side during release, pulling your momentum off-target

• Dropping your head down early, losing visual alignment with the target

The Right Way ✅

• Keeping your head up and facing straight forward throughout the entire release

• Driving your back knee and body weight straight down the pitch toward your target

❌ The Wrong Way

• Cramping your arms close to your body and losing all power

• Falling away to the off-side during ex*****on

• Hitting across the line without getting your front leg clear

• Dragging your eyes off the ball early to watch the shot

✅ The Right Way

• Extending your arms fully through the ball to create high bat speed and leverage

• Transferring weight onto the back foot with a strong, balanced base

• Keeping eyes locked on the ball right through contact
