• Keeping your hands in line with your eyes to cushion the catch safely.

• Keeping your head still and balanced under the ball.

How to sweep like a pro ⬇️

❌ The Wrong Way (Amateur):

• Head up: Looking away or up from the line of the ball instead of keeping eyes focused.

• Length: Misjudging the length of the delivery.

• Falling over: Losing body control and stability during the ex*****on of the shot.

• Weight back: Transferring weight backward instead of moving forward into the shot.

✅ The Right Way (Pro):

• Head down: Keeping the head steady and looking down toward the ball to ensure clean contact.

• Length: Correctly judging the ball’s length to play the appropriate sweep stroke.

• Balanced: Maintaining total body control and stability throughout the shot.

• Weight through the ball: Driving your body weight forward and through the line of the ball for maximum control and power.
