Tonight was another opportunity for our players to have fun, enjoy themselves, and play the game we all love.

We’ll be playing friendly matches against Brackenfell Juniors, Morningstar and Kraaifontein Juniors.

We’re excited for our final matches of the term and can’t wait to see the boys out on the field, giving their best and enjoying the game!

Thursday Night Liights

Rugby Fit Academy vs Hamiltons Juniors
We had the opportunity to compete against Hamiltons on Thursday night, and we are immensely proud of our youngsters.
Every week, we can see the improvement, growth and development in our players. The hard work they are putting in at training is starting to show on the field.
What is especially heartwarming is the way our players continue to conduct themselves, both on and off the field.

Their attitude, respect, sportsmanship and discipline are a true reflection of the values we strive to instil at Rugby Fit Academy.

A big thank you to the officials and medics Landry Security & Medical Services for their professionalism and for the way they worked with and looked after our players throughout the evening. We truly appreciate your contribution.
To our coaches, parents and supporters, thank you for always standing behind our youngsters and being part of the journey.

What a special day/night of rugby against two proud clubs, Rangers RFC and Hamediehs RFC

We played at Brackenfell High School, and what a fantastic occasion it was. The coffee was warm, the cafeteria staff were friendly, the medics were outstanding, the venue was special, and the referees were sharp.

The rugby was played at a fast pace, and the players produced some high-quality, exciting action throughout the day.
A big thank you to my coaching staff. Your dedication and hard work continue to show, and we can see the progression in this group game by game.
Well done to all the players for the effort, attitude, and passion shown on the field.
