WOMEN’S MONTH | THE WOMAN BEHIND THE WOMEN 🤍
She reminds us often 💐
You don’t need to be extraordinary to change someone’s world — sometimes you simply need a different mindset, and the courage to believe in someone.
Her passion is helping women discover their own strength. 🙌🏻
She stood on the podium at Africa’s very first HYROX competition and raced doubles back-to-back, but medals were never her greatest achievement.
Her purpose is running beside the woman who once said “I can’t” — until she crosses the finish line believing “I can.”🫶
What will we remember about our coach?😉
We’ll remember her beside us saying:
