Tembisa Mile you have been super wonderful. It’s always a bliss running this race, from one kasi to another.

Shout out to the as well for always showing up & representing the club colors with pride. It was indeed a running party , we laughed, we fought and the route was beautiful as always but regardless of the scorching heat , we pulled out PB’s. 😌😌

An exciting morning of running 🏃🏾‍♀️ , reading 📖 and chess ♟️ for our juniors ‼️

Young children under the Run Alex Juniors Development Programme had a fun and holistic morning of running, reading and chess.

We are grateful for the consistent dedication and commitment of our volunteers for making the time to coach the young ones in athletics and chess. We also appreciative of them in guiding our kids to read for understanding and application.

A special thanks goes to Bongani from Chess is my Lifestyle. Siyabonga for coming through to today’s session and for donating the chess box.

🔔 Run Alex Junior, Sisanda Witbooi ready to fly the Run Alex flag high at the 2026 OR Tambo Soncini Social Cohesion Games ‼️

All the best 🙌🏾 to our very own Sisanda Witbooi who will be representing Run Alex Juniors at the OR Tambo Soncini Social Cohesion Games on Saturday, 24 October at Ruimsig Stadium.

The annual tournament, organised by the Gauteng Department of Sports, Arts, Culture and Recreation aims to promote social cohesion, nation-building and grassroots youth development through sports.

We are also proud to have Puleng Mphahlele, Run Alex Juniors Exco Member and Mokakatla Masekela, Chairperson of Run Alex AC play a key role, chosen to manage Team Joburg in the Soncini Games.

Good luck 🤩 to Sisanda, we are all behind you!
