Omg! Walked into the studio this morning, saw a giant 40, and immediately thought, “Aww… who’s this for?” 😂

Turns out… it was for me.

I’m still smiling. The notes, the decorations, every little detail, it was all so thoughtful.

A huge thank you to my team especially Jennifer Pifer Jaelleen Franco for pulling this off, and to all of my amazing Goddesses for the sweetest notes. You have no idea how much they meant to me.

I’m usually so focused on the next class, the next project, the next thing on my to-do list that I don’t always stop to take it all in. Today, you made me do exactly that.

Thank you for reminding me how lucky I am to get to build this dream with all of you. ❤️

Six weeks into our first Pre-Teen Pilates program, and I couldn’t love it more. 💛

Watching these girls become stronger, more confident, and excited to move each week has been incredibly rewarding.

My hope is that they leave with more than stronger bodies, I hope they leave believing in themselves.

So proud of my girls. We still have 3 weeks to go. ✨
