🌟It's a close to a year of showing up.
🌟A year of keeping promises to herself.
🌟A year of choosing growth, even when it wasn't easy and definitely frustrating.

I admire Morgan's willingness to embrace a challenge. Her effort is never something that I doubt.

She doesn't shy away from hard things, but rather leans into them. And because of that, i'm extremely proud of who she's become in this journey, which is just as impressive as the physical changes.

✅ The strength.
✅ The confidence.
✅ The consistency.
✅ The commitment.

Those things are earned, and can't be bought.

Alexis has regained confidence in her movement. She’s squatting better, moving better, feeling less restricted, and doing things she wasn’t sure she could do like before.

What's to be admired most, is her commitment to becoming the best version of herself.

There’s a moment in a young person’s journey where something clicks. 💥💢

They stop doing it because someone told them to, and they start doing it because they want it for themselves.

The fire starts coming from within. 🔥

And it’s been amazing to watch it happen.

Over these 100 workouts, Xander has continued..
✅ To show up
✅ To work hard
✅ To learn & grow

🌟 And challenge himself as a young man.

That’s a big accomplishment for anyone.

And what’s been really cool to watch is everything that happened along the way.

Sure, he’s gotten stronger. A lot stronger.

But the biggest change hasn’t been in the weights he lifts.

Bienvenida al nivel de Oro Ana. 👏🏼

150 entrenamientos es impresionante porque representa algo mucho más grande.

✅ 150 veces eligiéndose a sí misma.
✅ 150 veces invirtiendo en su salud.
✅ 150 veces presentándose, incluso cuando la vida se puso ocupada, estresante, y frustrante.

El ser fit no es algo que se gana una vez y se conserva para siempre.

No te pones en forma y ya está...

Se gana permaneciendo en el juego.

Siguiendo adelante.
Siguiendo invirtiendo tiempo en ti.
Siguiendo eligiendo los hábitos que apoyan la vida que quieres vivir a largo plazo, no nomas 3 meses.

Eso es lo que hace que este logro sea tan especial.

Those first 12 workouts mean a lot.

They represent 12 times choosing to show up.
12 times choosing growth over comfort.
12 times keeping a promise to yourself.

It’s no coincidence that Bronze usually happens around the one-month mark. They say it takes about 28 days to start building a habit, and that’s when something starts to change.

The routine becomes familiar.

And little by little, you’re no longer just trying to get healthier...

Not strength.
Not how you move.
Not how you feel.
Not whether you're showing up.

So if the number isn't dropping as fast as you expected, that doesn't mean nothing is changing.

You could be...
✅ Losing fat while building muscle.
✅ Moving better.
✅ Sleeping deeper.
✅ Showing up more consistently than you ever have.

When you start building muscle, the scale might slow down or even pause.

That's not failure...
That's your body adapting..!
