Alarms are a trigger response to the nervous system 🚨 Try a wake light alarm to tap into your parasympathetic nervous system instead.

As much as I ❤️ coffee it dehydrates your body first thing in the morning . Instead swap for water with 🍋 & Himilayan sea salt as a natural electrolyte.

Rushing in the morning and leaving a mess can feel like burn out dat after day which in turn keeps you in constsnt fight or flight mode 🏃Try waking 15 to 20 mins earlier to get more done and feel accomplished 😃
