To the parents who bring their kids to train… THIS IS FOR YOU. ❤️🥋

During our adult classes at Americana Jiu Jitsu Collective, you might hear little feet running around.

You might hear kids laughing, playing, talking, or occasionally screaming like they’re fighting for their lives. 😂

And you know what?

GOOD.

Because that means Mom or Dad is getting a chance to train.

Could we make everyone sit perfectly still and demand complete silence during adult class? Of course.

But if we did that, we might also make it harder for parents to train—and we could lose families who simply don’t have another option.

That’s not the kind of academy I want to run.

We are a FAMILY academy.

We believe Jiu Jitsu should be something the whole family can be part of—not something parents have to choose between and their children.

Now, does that mean there are no rules? Absolutely not. 😂

If the kids get a little TOO wild, we’ll remind them to calm down. There still needs to be respect, safety, and some order.

But we’re not going to make a parent feel embarrassed because their child laughed, played, or made some noise while they were trying to get their training in.

So bring the kids.

Let them play.

Let them watch.

Let them make friends.

And Mom & Dad—GET YOUR TRAINING IN. 💪🥋

Because at AJJC, we’re not just building better Jiu Jitsu practitioners.

We’re building stronger families.

This is our academy.
This is our culture.
This is family time. ❤️🐯
