Some stories are about far more than bicycles.

Recently, we had the honor of helping a local police officer who continues to recover after being shot multiple times during a tragic event that claimed the lives of three fellow officers.
His journey back has required incredible strength, determination, and resilience. We are humbled to play even a small part in that recovery by helping him get back on two wheels with a new e-bike. The added support and freedom an e-bike provides can make a meaningful difference, helping him stay active and continue rebuilding strength on his own terms.
Today isn't about a bike. It's about perseverance. It's about courage. And it's about supporting those who refuse to give up, no matter the challenges they face.
We are grateful for the opportunity to serve this hero and wish him continued healing and success on his recovery journey.

The season has been in full swing for quite a while now, with new bikes heading out the door as fast as they come in. Our service department has been absolutely bonkers, and our mechanics are working hard to get every ride tuned up and back on the road or trail.

We truly appreciate your patience while we work through the backlog — honestly, we take the backlog as a compliment and a sign of your trust. Quality matters to us, and fast work doesn’t always mean good work. We’d rather send your bike home perfect than just quick.
