Semper is a Latin word that means Always, Semper Fitness means "Always Fitness". It means we will only offer services that improve the health of our members. Typical health club amenities such as tanning, unsafe supplements or uneducated trainers will never be found in our clubs. What we will offer is a clean, safe and inviting environment filled with a community of members and staff who are respectful and courteous of others. Our company was founded with the intentions of showing others the incredible benefits of smart dietary choices coupled with a regular exercise plan. When these elements are implemented on a consistent basis you will have incredible results. Our number one goal is too provide an environment and user experience that will allow you to feel comfortable and welcome. We want our members to keep coming back on a regular basis, because consistency will drive your results! Semper Fitness 24/7 is locally owned and operated by Steve Behan. Steve is veteran of the United States Marine Corps, which is only part of the inspiration for the gyms name. He is also a certified personal trainer and is committed to helping others lead a healthy lifestyle through regular exercise and proper nutrition.
