SRS got to represent two young horses at Devon this weekend!

Corrado KFF was 2nd in the PA bred 3yr old geldings

Fhiladelphia was 1st in the PA bred 2yr olds and 8th in the Non Tb 2 yr old class

So thrilled with both of them handing the atmosphere and all the new experiences.

#1 10yr old AQHA buckskin mare standing 15h. Sweet and personable. Great flatwork, brave to the jumps and scopey with a green change. Has some xc miles and we see her excelling as an eventer. Also trail rides so could do a bit of everything. 18 šŸ„•šŸ„•šŸ„•

#2 11yr old Irish Draught gelding standing 17.1. A solid guy, with 3 comfortable gaits. 2+ years fox hunting experience in 2nd flight, could go 1st flight. Brave, scopey and point and shoot type when jumping. But does like someone with a soft seat and hands. Trail riding master. Does require some injections, but very sound. Have PPE on file with x rays. 20 šŸ„•šŸ„•šŸ„•

Whisper is sweet and personable and loves her people. Great flatwork with a soft mouth and basic lateral work. Brave and scopey to the jumps, and has shown great promise out XC. We think she would be a great event horse! She is forward to the jumps, but not hot and very rideable but she does need an experienced rider. She also loves to hack out alone or with others. Whisper stands well on cross ties and is good for vet and farrier. Wears front shoes. Located in York, PA. Priced at 18, šŸ„•šŸ„•šŸ„•

Itā€™s always bittersweet when I have horses go home, sad because the get super rideable and fun and then they go home, but happy because I love seeing horses flourish with their owners knowing I helped start them. But there is also always an excitement knowing I get a new one in to get to know and teach about life. Feeling extra thankful to do what I do, even if at times the stress and work of everything gets to me

Back on the market due to PPE finding mild arthritis that is common for his age and size, and very easily managed with yearly maintenance.

Briar is an 11yr old, 17.1hh Irish Draught gelding. Briar shows off all the best parts of the breed being sturdy and strong, yet athletic with a wonderful tempo in all 3 gaits. He has 2 years experience in 2nd flight with Farmington Hunt in VA, loves long trail rides where he will lead or follow, and cross all water and obstacles. Good ring work, with a soft mouth and good lateral work. Keen over a variety of fences in the field, and equally as happy to jump over show jumps. He does prefer an intermediate and above rider. Super easy in the field and with others, and equally enjoys his stall as well. Loads and ships great, and will stand on the trailer for lengths of time as well. Stands on cross ties for the farrier, and great for baths and clipping. He has great feet, and wears 4 shoes. Located in York, PA. Priced in the low 5s starting with a 2

ā€œSouzakā€ aka Richard got thrown to the wolves a little today when I needed a mount to fill my spot xc schooling last minute and he really showed up! So cool to see all the training pay off, and just his amazing disposition in general. Richard won over 200k on the track and now is transitioning to a sport horse career
