A little update from Valley Sport 🌲⚽️

As we continue to grow and work with more teams, clubs, schools, and individual customers, we’re updating our order guidelines to help keep everything running smoothly.

Going forward, all custom orders will require a 50% deposit to get started, with the remaining balance due before pickup or delivery.

We understand things happen! Deposits may be refunded in certain circumstances depending on the situation — just reach out and talk with us.

Approved schools and clubs that require Net 30 terms can still be accommodated with proper invoicing/PO requirements.

These updates help us cover product and customization costs upfront, keep orders moving, and continue giving every team and customer the service they deserve.

Thank you so much for supporting our small local business. We truly appreciate every order that comes through our doors. 🤍💚
