🏈📣 JR Cadets Player Enrollment Requirements 📣🏈

Every player must submit these 4 items before being approved:

✅ Enrollment Photo
• Clear headshot (shoulders up)
• No hats, helmets, sunglasses, or bandanas

✅ Birth Certificate or Passport
• Must match TeamSideline information
• Hospital birth certificates are NOT accepted

✅ Grade Verification
Accepted documents:
• School ID/ASB
• Report Card
• Student Online Profile

✅ Address Verification
Must be dated within the last 30 days
Accepted documents:
• Utility bill
• Lease agreement
• Mortgage statement
• Mail with current address

📌 We are posting these requirements early to help make the registration process smoother and easier for all families this season.
