Apple Tree and Fortuity W**ery are teaming up for an exclusive 6-Course Gourmet W**e Pairing Dinner on Wednesday, November 11 at 6pm! Chef Mario Alonso of the Apple Tree Grill has put together an amazing menu featuring curated w**e pairings for the following courses:

• Fig Bruschetta
• Veal Cordon Bleu
• Pan-Seared Alaska Halibut
• Fire-Roasted Cabbage with Pesto
• Grilled Picanha Skewers
• Chocolate Mousse Tart
