2nd place for 14U Elite Smoke at the Boo Bash Pumpkin Smash! 🥈🎃

This group battled all weekend, and we couldn’t be prouder of the effort they put in. No days off, though. They were right back in the cages hitting as a team. The grind continues. 🔥

How do you know the offseason actually worked? 🤔

“Your swing looked good today” feels great in the moment. It doesn’t show whether the time and money you put into training led to real growth.

Whether it’s confidence, mechanics or metrics, there should be a concrete way to measure progress.📈

Here’s how we do it:

An initial assessment before your athlete joins a training program
Updated evaluations every 8 weeks
Results emailed to the family, so everyone knows where the athlete stands and what comes next
Development takes time. Measuring it shouldn’t be a guessing game.

Start with a free athlete assessment. Comment EVAL and we will get you scheduled! 💪

Lights. Camera. ELITE. 📸🔥

14U Holzgen stepped in front of the camera for Media Day, and this is just a sneak peek of what’s coming.

The results are in. 🔥

60+ athletes went through the full process. Each athlete was assessed, given their own plan, trained it, and then tested again. Swipe for the average change by age group, plus the biggest exit velocity jumps in baseball and softball. 📈

Mari went from 53.1 to 68.8 mph max exit velocity, a +15.7 jump in one 8-week session. 💪

The numbers matter. The work behind them matters more.

Want to know where your athlete stands? Start with a free 45-minute assessment. DM us "EADS" and we'll get you scheduled!

💥 OVER THE FENCE! 💥

Four months ago, Mari Brown-Holzgen committed to the work. She launched her FIRST home run over the fence, and we couldn’t be prouder. 🥎🔥

Coach Lydia Goble sat down with Mari to talk about the journey: the tough days, the moments when progress felt slow, and the grind that got her here. Through every up and down, Mari kept showing up, and this is what happens when talent meets consistency.

This is more than one swing. It’s proof that the process works. 💪
Congratulations, Mari! Welcome to the Home Run Club. 🏆

Is your athlete’s training environment actually challenging them? 💪

What gets done in a session matters. So does the space it happens in.

When the coaches and athletes around you are just as committed to getting better, the standard rises on its own. You either move with it or get left behind.

That environment isn’t for everyone, and that’s okay. But if your athlete wants to be the best player on their varsity team, compete at the college level, or just build their skills as far as they can go, where they train matters as much as what they train. 🔥

But this championship was about more than one big hit. These boys played together, fought for each other, and showed just how special this team is. 🐾🫶

Open 45 Insider Bat Drill ⚾

Here’s why we do it 👇

This drill teaches hitters to create a corner in the load so they can stay connected and drive the ball through the opposite-field gap. Starting from an open 45, the hitter has to work inside the ball, which keeps the barrel on plane and in the zone longer. A longer barrel path through the zone means more room for error, better timing, and harder contact to all fields.

Load into the corner, stay inside, drive it oppo. 💪
