Hey Members, these rules apply year round but with summer right around the corner we want to remind you of a few things to keep the gym clean and safe:
- Shoes must be worn at all times
- All equipment must be thoroughly wiped down after each use with the provided cleaner and towels
- Garage doors and windows must be closed as the last person leaves for the evening. We know this is a bit open ended. If you are leaving late at night talk to your fellow members and coordinate who will close up. We are happy to offer a 24/7 facility but with that comes buy in from members to help facilitate a safe environment while we are not staffed.

Congrats to our member for winning his weight class at high school nationals! Alex totaled 1466lbs and lead with an impressive 551lb squat. Bright future ahead for sure 💪 🥇

Our heat is out! We are sorry for the inconvenience and we are already in contact with a company to get a new heater and get the situation resolved. It will be a few days but we will keep everyone updated as we get more info. Thanks for your understanding!

Shout out to all of our members who put together the bench competition on Sunday! We had a lot of strong individuals show up and we have a couple new records going up on the board!

Congrats to Cody on 55 reps at 225 on bench 🤯 and to Lance on taking down the squat for reps record with 33 reps at 315!

Good luck this weekend to Dani and Lance competing in powerlifting competitions tomorrow!

Dani will be competing in the IDFPA world championships in South Korea! It will be tomorrow, but 10pm TONIGHT our time so keep a look out for the livestream!

Lance is competing in the PLU Hoosier hoedown tomorrow morning! Good luck to you both again! 💪
