Hey awesome moms and dads; are you making time for your own health and well being? Our drop in classes are just the thing to get you started on that New Year's journey to a better you:

Monday Teen/Adult Bangra- 6:45 to 8:00pm (a creative cultural experience like no other)

Tuesday Rommette Floor Barre™- 5:30-6:00pm (stretch, strengthen, and realign in a relaxing atmosphere. Perfect for injured athletes and dancers, as well as couch potatoes).

Thursday Teen/Adult Ballet- 7:30 to 8:30pm (Get the superior mind and body training Ballet offers at your own pace. Absolute beginners welcome).

Saturday Stretch and Strengthen- 12:30-1:15pm (Stretching, resistance, balance, and mobility training; this class has it all for every body and every age),

Saturday Adult Hip Hop- 1:30 to 2:45pm (Why should kids have all the fun? Try something new with your favorite old school tunes).
