This gym offered 6,000 sq. ft. and was dedicated by Arnold Schwarzenegger at the grand opening. In 1988, it expanded to 12,000 square feet. A new facility was subsequently built and now offers 18,000 square ft. of the best weight and cardiovascular equipment in the area. Open during the week starting Monday at 4am through Friday evening at 11 pm . Saturday 6AM to 6PM. Sunday 9AM to 6PM. Metro Fitness North has the largest selection of free weights, 2 cardio rooms, free fitness classes, childwatch, a tanning bed , pro shop, Silver Sneakers, personal training.
