Transformation Tuesday 💥: Meet Kate and read about her fitness journey with Burn Boot Camp Worthington!
I started at Burn Boot Camp September 2024 when a friend took me for my first camp and I’ve been coming ever since! I had previously tried many workout programs, but was never able to stay consistent. I would be motivated my first few weeks and eventually burn out when I didn’t get results quickly.
Coming to Burn and having the trainers know you and your child by name is so motivating and keeps you accountable in a positive way! After having my daughter I had gained a significant amount of weight and didn’t recognize myself anymore. I had previously focused on the number on the scale, but during my focus meetings at Burn I have learned that body composition is what’s most important. My only regret is not doing a body scan sooner!
So far I’m down 30lbs of body fat since starting! Burn Boot Camp has changed me just as much mentally as it has physically. I am forever thankful to be a part of this community and the impact it has had on my life inside and outside the gym!
