Yesterday was a GRAND SLAM having High Level Throwing in Worcester! 80 players, a 100ft throwing wall, 20+ teams & organizations represented. What a day!

🥎 Building better throwers starts with better movement.

The first Austin Wasserman High Level Throwing Clinic at Fusion Sports is off to an incredible start!

Athletes from across the region are learning the “why” behind efficient throwing mechanics through movement prep, arm care, med ball drills, and position-specific instruction.

A huge thank you to High Level Throwing and KJaxx Sports Co. for bringing this elite training experience to The Train Yard. We love creating opportunities for athletes to learn from the best and continue developing their game.

🧐Great questions are coming in about our upcoming 🥎PITCHING CLINICS🥎, especially about the difference between the two.

Pitcher/Catcher Bootcamp: July 20 & 21, 9-1pm, $240, Worcester
•This clinic focuses on the pitcher-catcher relationship and the work they do together. Athletes will work through bullpen structure, communication, pitch ex*****on, defensive situations, and building a plan to get hitters out.

Pitcher Bootcamp: July 28, 9-1pm, $120, Worcester
•This clinic is more technical and pitcher-specific. We will clean up mechanics, improve arm action, build power and command, and develop a dependable changeup as a true second-speed pitch.

Both clinics offer a different piece of pitcher development. Athletes can choose the area they need most or attend both for a more complete experience.
