We make mistakes.
Sometimes it's so minimal, it's highly unlikely a customer would ever notice.

Yesterday I was about 4" from finishing the leash weave, then just had to add the handle.
But, I somehow lost my place.
I tried to get it going again but couldn't.
I could have finished the leash right there, and it would just be 4" short of the intended 5' leash.
I didn't.
I completely untied the entire leash and started over.

This video is one knot of the leash which takes approximately 40 seconds.
5' of this leash has 150 knots.
That's 1.7 hours or $14.70/hr.
That is just time spent, not counting the materials cost.

This leash is $25.00
(Having to make it twice is on me).

We'd like to show you just a bit of what it takes to do what we do.

1st part is just ONE knot.
2 minutes to do ONE knot, and there are 32-34 knots in this collar

Counting set up, measuring and cutting cord lengths, setting up jig to accurate length.
It all takes time.

What we do you can't get at Walmart.
Yes there are other makers, but we are extremely proud of our attention to detail and the quality products we can make for you.

We are thankful for the trust our customers have in us to make their custom products.

All collars, leashes, and slings GET DIRTY!
We know first hand that collars especially get dirty ;)

The good thing, is they don't have to stay dirty :)

Did you know you can throw pretty much EVERYTHING we make in the washer? WE DO!

I washed Roxy's collar recently and I'll show you the before and after ❤️

We use a small lingerie type zippered bag, (we have them available for purchase too!) use a little Spray N Wash, and toss it in the washer on cold with a regular load.
(I removed tags from collar to avoid them damaging collar in wash cycle)

We DON'T want you to use the dryer on our products, so just hang outside if it's nice, or on a hanger over a heater vent inside!
