These girls never fail to make me so proud! Today was SO FUN! Our girls danced amazing as usual, and put on such a fun show! We have so many girls that are brand new to our team this year, and many of them have never danced until a couple months ago. And they all killed it! Great way to start our season! Go Sol 66!!🤩🤩🩷

Standing on the Corner is always a little crazy to get ready for. It's right at the beginning of our season, so our dancers are learning tons of new choreography, while also juggling all of the beginning of the school year activities and events. I'm so thankful for a team that works so hard and has such positive and fun attitudes!🩷 Thank you Winslow, for always showing up and supporting our girls.😘

To say I'm thankful for this team is a HUGE understatement! We had the best weekend in Phoenix taking classes from some of the absolute best in the industry.😍 Some of those included:

Brian Friedman- BRITNEY SPEARS choreographer/dancer😲
Dez and Gab- Choreographers for Lady Gaga, Doja Cat, Sabrina Carpenter, Rihanna, ect.😍
Madison Cubbage- Justin Timberlakes main dancer!
Alex Wong- So you think you can dance, The Greatest Showman, Wicked, Newsies, ect ect.😍😍

And the list goes on!
They all worked their butts off all day Sunday, and we had such a great time watching them learn and soak it all in.🥹♥️

We ended the day with the awards ceremony, where they gave out 50 (out of the 700+ dancers that participate) scholarship awards. And our Millie was one of those 50!!😍😍 This girl puts in so much hard work and effort every day and to see her be recognized for it makes me so proud.🥹♥️

We will see you next year, Titans!😘

NO CLASSES MONDAY SEPTEMBER 7TH!!

We hope you all have a wonderful Labor Day tomorrow! Classes will resume as normal on Tuesday, the 8th!

As a reminder, we follow the school calendar, so when the kids have a day off of school, the studio will also be closed that day! Students are always welcome to do a make up class (any class that is the appropriate age/level for them) whenever we have a day off!

Good morning friends!! Our wait list for our Beginning Tumbling Class has grown to almost 10 students😱 so we are debating opening up an extra class! Unfortunately it would have to be later in the evenings due to the other class schedules. The class would be Mondays from 6:30-7:15pm. I want to make sure we have enough interest before opening up a third Beginning Tumbling Class! If you have a little one interested in joining tumbling let me know!😍🩷

To answer some frequently asked questions:

✨Pick up/ Drop off: Please drop your dancers off at the double pink doors at the back of the building! (417 W 3rd St) If your dancers are under the age of 7, please walk them inside!
✨Can I stay to watch class?: We prefer that you drop your dancer off and then pick them up when class is over. The dancers tend to stay focused and participate better when their parents aren't watching. That being said, especially for our younger dancers, if you feel more comfortable staying with your dancer for the first couple of classes, you are more than welcome to wait! Please just make sure you wait in the designated waiting area in the small room!🩷
✨What attire is required for each class?: any athletic wear is great! Shorts and T-shirts, leggings, leotards, tanks. Please just avoid denim or restrictive clothing!
Hip hop- tennis shoes are recommended!
Ballet- leotards and ballet shoes recommended, but any athletic clothing is fine!
Tumbling- barefoot, NO SOCKS! (They can be slippery on the mats)
Technique classes- half shoes (turners) are recommended but not required! Let Kiersten know if you need help ordering any shoes!

See you all soon!😍💃
