This past weekend at HST, we had the opportunity to host a High School Lifting Seminar in collaboration with All Day Training led by Coach Michael Hale ( ) and Coach Travis Capps ( )
Over the course of 3 hours, these athletes worked through a 90-minute Olympic lifting session followed by a 90-minute powerlifting session - breaking down the fundamentals, refining technique, and focusing on the small details that often get overlooked. 🏋🏻♂️
What mattered most to us wasn’t just getting kids tired… it was giving them real coaching.
Every athlete deserves hands-on instruction, accountability, and an environment where they can ask questions, learn movement the right way, and build confidence in the weight room.
At HST, we believe strength training should do more than improve performance for sports. It should teach discipline, attention to detail, work ethic, and create habits that carry over for life. ⚡️
