We’re so excited to officially launch a new community event at the gym - combining strength training, conversation, and connection.

This won’t be your typical book club.
And it won’t be your typical workout class. 😎

Think:
• beginner-friendly strength training
• discussion prompts during the workout
• snacks + conversation afterward
• a welcoming atmosphere for every level

Our goal is simple:
Create a space where people can move together, connect, and have conversations that matter.

Built for athletes who want to improve before the season starts.

Focused coaching. Real development. 🙌🏼

Our Teen Strength & Conditioning Camps are built for middle school and high school athletes who want to get stronger, move better, build confidence, and separate themselves before the next season starts.

We coach:
• Strength & power development
• Speed, movement & conditioning
• Proper lifting technique
• Discipline, work ethic & accountability

Middle school athletes will learn the fundamentals of strength training using free weights, while high school athletes will build on those fundamentals using all equipment, including barbells.

No ego. No standing around.
Just athletes learning how to train the right way.

Spots are limited and camps will only run once minimum athlete enrollment is reached (5 / each camp), so don’t wait until the last minute to claim a spot.

This past weekend at HST, we had the opportunity to host a High School Lifting Seminar in collaboration with All Day Training led by Coach Michael Hale ( ) and Coach Travis Capps ( )

Over the course of 3 hours, these athletes worked through a 90-minute Olympic lifting session followed by a 90-minute powerlifting session - breaking down the fundamentals, refining technique, and focusing on the small details that often get overlooked. 🏋🏻‍♂️

What mattered most to us wasn’t just getting kids tired… it was giving them real coaching.

Every athlete deserves hands-on instruction, accountability, and an environment where they can ask questions, learn movement the right way, and build confidence in the weight room.

At HST, we believe strength training should do more than improve performance for sports. It should teach discipline, attention to detail, work ethic, and create habits that carry over for life. ⚡️

Huge thank you to all the teens athletes that came out, Coach Capps for partnering with us, and for putting this all together. 🙌🏼

You don’t need to have it all figured out before you start.

You don’t need to be “in shape.”
You don’t need the perfect plan.
You don’t need motivation every single day.

All you have to do is SHOW UP.

Walk through the doors.
We’ll take it from there.

We’ll coach you.
We’ll push you.
We’ll correct you.
We’ll make sure you move with purpose and train with intensity.

Some days you’ll feel strong.
Some days you won’t want to be here.
But every day you show up, you’re building something most people never will - DISCIPLINE.

And discipline changes everything. ⚡️

The hardest part is getting in the room.

On Saturday, May 23rd, we honor those who gave all for this beautiful country the only way we know.

MURPH. 🇺🇸

1 mile run.
100 pull-ups.
200 push-ups.
300 air squats.
1 mile run.

Memorial Day weekend is more than a long weekend.
It’s a time to remember the men and women who gave everything in service to this country, and to honor their sacrifice through challenge, grit, and community.

Murph is meant to hurt.
Your lungs will burn. Your legs will lock up. Your mind will tell you to slow down.

Keep moving anyway.
Quitting is never an option.

This workout is a reminder that discomfort is temporary, and sacrifice matters.

Whether you’re doing Murph RX, partitioned, scaled, or simply showing up to suffer alongside the community, this morning is about pushing yourself beyond comfort while honoring those who carried far heavier burdens.

We recently hosted an in house competition by “Acid Athletics”. 🔥

The beautiful part about competition is it brings out a desire to do well, which means our people brought the heat! 😎

They sprinted, pushed, and pulled until they completed their final calorie on the Row-Erg.

Way to show up, cheer on your peers, and congrats to the workout MVPs for securing a new set of kicks from RAD Global! 🙌🏼
