Zumba with Lori Hi, I'm Lori Wiggs and I love teaching Zumba classes. The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party! Come join me and you'll see what I mean. It's easy!

You don't even have to know how to dance. Just move your body and follow my lead. Come try it, I guarantee you will have a blast! I look forward to meeting you! Zumba is a latin-inspired fitness class. It mixes dance moves from around the world with fitness moves and amazing music! In our judgement free zone, we encourage everyone to start at their own pace and work your way up to where you want to be. The point is to have fun and keep moving! It's Fun and Fitness! So forget the Workout and Join the Party!!
