Anyone here who lives in Lucama? I’ve contacted anyone I can. I know channel 5 news was at the meeting last night. I couldn’t cause outta work at 6:45.
Please let me know what is being done. I’ve contacted everyone..governor, council, channel 5 news. I have proof that I used more electricity a year ago but paid $300 less. Current bill..$652.00. Last month..$652.00. How are we supposed to survive when we are being billed to pay the towns mistake. I live alone and work full time.
PLEASE. Someone tell me that something is happening to fix.

Meet Trixie!

Trixie is a beautiful 9 year old Lab/Rottie mix. She was an owner surrender to the shelter after she nipped at an unattended child (no skin was broken and no blood was drawn).

Trixie has not shown any aggression or bad behavior here at the shelter. She is extremely clean about her kennel and seems to like most of the dogs at the shelter.

Meet our fabulous dynamic Mother and Daughter Duo!!

(Both are spayed, microchipped, up to date on rabies vaccination, are heartworm negative and have up to date DHPP)

Say Hello to Rory(2.5 years old) and Mom Lorelai (5 years old)! This sweet pair has had a rough first part of their lives. They were kept for simply monetary purposes as breeding them and selling puppies were their main purpose. With that being said, they have had very limited interaction with other dogs and were minimally socialized outside of their surroundings. After the owner became sick, Rory and Lorelai were moved outside to a pen area.

To put it simply, we are moving forward to bigger and better things for these sweethearts.

With that being said, they are a bonded pair that we have no plans to separate. They have been with eachother through the thick of it and we are hopeful that we can keep them together to learn about all the finer things in life. Both are gigantic smiling love bugs that enjoy your company, going for walks and spending time with you outside.

They do need to be the only pair in the home (also no cats). They love to play with toys, zoom around the yard and then hunker down for a nap in your lap.

Let's put those paws together for Lorelai and Rory and share to find them their forever home!
